Players are allowing to double down but only on hands valued higher than nine up to eleven. The hand can be split up to 3 times, and "unlike values" cards are allowing to be split.
The double down feature can be used after splitting. One more card may be received after splitting an ace.
The most compelling change to the standard rules of a regular blackjack game is that both cards of the dealer are exposing.
For players this holds a tremendous advantage but by changing the rules a little the dealer also has some advantages.
